🤝Entry Node Agreement

This Gelios Node Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between the participant ("Node Supporter" or "You") and Gelios, governing the operation of nodes within the Gelios ecosystem. By participating, You agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Eligibility Requirements

1.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

1.2. Jurisdictional Restrictions: Gelios Key Sale is subject to legal and regulatory compliance in different jurisdictions. You must ensure that you are not located in a restricted jurisdiction where the sale of cryptographic assets is prohibited or restricted by applicable laws.

2. KYC (Know Your Customer)

2.1. Identity Verification: You will be required to undergo a KYC process to verify your identity. Gelios reserves the right to request additional information if necessary. If we are unable to verify your identity and confirm that you are eligible to participate in the Node Station, you will not be permitted to earn any Network Rewards.

2.2. Document Submission: You may need to submit valid identification documents, such as government-issued IDs or passports, for KYC verification.

2.3. Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate and truthful information during the KYC process. Providing false information may result in disqualification.

3. Node Operation Compliance

3.1. Node Station: Individual node operations are not recommended within the Gelios network. To engage in the Node operations process, we encourage participation in the exclusive Node Station program. Here, the Gelios team takes charge of managing the Full node and ensures equitable reward distribution to all participants based on individual keys.

3.2. Key Requirement: To be eligible for Key Incentives and Node rewards within Gelios, you must possess a minimum of 1 Entry Key. It is important to note that Entry Keys are non-transferable and exist as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Your reward distribution is directly correlated with the number of Keys you have registered.

3.3. Wallet Connection: You need to connect your preferred EVM Wallet with Gelios to complete the registration process. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your wallet, including credentials, private keys, and seed phrases. Gelios neither provides Wallet software nor stores sensitive wallet information. Your usage of Third-Party Wallets is subject to distinct terms and conditions set by the respective wallet provider.

3.4. Node Rewards: You can receive gBTC deducted from fees derived from fees accumulated within the Gelios ecosystem as a member of Node Station. You will be requested to provide necessary personal information for identity verification, ensuring that you are qualified to claim and take possession of the earned gBTC as Network Rewards.

4. Prohibited Activities

4.1. Fraudulent Activities: Participants are strictly prohibited from engaging in any form of fraudulent activities within the Gelios ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as identity theft, impersonation, or any form of misrepresentation. Gelios maintains a commitment to the highest standards of integrity, and any participant found involved in fraudulent activities will face severe consequences, including potential legal action.

4.2. Violations of Law: Participants must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations. Any engagement in illegal activities or activities that violate these laws is strictly prohibited. Gelios aims to foster a legal and compliant environment, and any violation of the law by participants will be dealt with seriously.

4.3. Unauthorized Access: Unauthorized access to Gelios systems, networks, or any related infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of Gelios or compromise its security will be considered a violation of this agreement.

4.4. Collusion: Collaborating or colluding between participants to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the Gelios Node Station program is prohibited. Gelios reserves the right to disqualify individuals engaged in collusive activities.

5. Liability

5.1. Limitation of Liability: Gelios will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Gelios from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

6. Modification of Terms

6.1. Amendment: Gelios reserves the right to modify, amend, or update the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of Node Operators to regularly review this Agreement.

6.2. Continued Participation: Continued participation in the Gelios Node Station program after the posting of any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

7. Termination of Agreement

Gelios reserves the right to terminate this Agreement for violation of terms, fraud, or any activities detrimental to the Gelios ecosystem.

8. No Financial Advice

You must acknowledge that Gelios does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. Buyers are encouraged to seek independent advice if needed.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
